Our team will initiate a full refund, provide you with an electronic confirmation, and terminate your account access.

ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT

All approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is no longer available, we will work cooperatively with you to ensure that you receive a refund.

CREDIT CARD AND DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS

All refunds issued to a credit card or debit card will initiate an electronic notification to you containing a receipt. Please note that once a refund has been processed, your issuing bank (i.e., the bank that issued your credit card or debit card) may take up to 10 business days to post the refund back to your account.

PREMIUM CONTENT

We are extremely confident in the value of our content. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the information in our Premium Content section within the first 48 hours (2 days) of account activation, please send an email to support@splitstrong.com and we will promptly issue a full refund to the original form of payment, while simultaneously revoking your access to our Premium Content section. Please note that once a refund has been processed, your issuing bank (i.e., the bank that issued your credit card or debit card) may take up to 10 business days to post the refund back to your account. This includes prepaid cards.

LIVE ON-SITE EVENTS

Refunds are not issued if you fail to attend a live on site event for which you are registered as seating is limited. We understand that unavoidable conflicts and emergencies may prevent you from attending a live event. If you extend us the courtesy of a communication prior to the start of the event, we will gladly provide a one-time exception and allow you to attend the same live on-site event on a different date. If you attend a live on-site event and exercise your right to leave within the first hour, we will gladly refund you the full amount.

LIVE VIDEO CONFERENCE EVENTS

Refunds are not issued if you fail to attend a live video conference event for which you are registered as availability is limited. We understand that unavoidable conflicts and emergencies may prevent you from joining a live video conference event. If you extend us the courtesy of a communication prior to the start of the event, we will gladly provide a one-time exception and allow you to attend the same live video conference event on a different date. If you attend a live video conference event and exercise your right to leave within the first hour, we will gladly refund you the full amount.
